League of Women Voters Offers Online Voters’ Guide

The League of Women Voters is offering an online voters’ guide: Vote411.org. This website provides information on all the candidates on the August 7th Primary Election Ballot – Nationwide. A voter can enter their address and find out about the races they will be voting on: from U.S. Senator to County Commissioner. This is an additional resource along with the online voters’ guide through the Mason County Auditor’s Office website; MasonWebTV.com’s Primary Candidates’ Video Sit Downs; and a replay of the June 25th Candidates’ Forum put on by the North Mason Community Voice, North Mason Chamber of Commerce and MasonWebTV.com. The League of Women Voters of Mason County, the Shelton Mason County Chamber of Commerce and MasonWebTV.com are hosting a candidates’ forum at 6 PM on July 18 at Oakland Bay Junior High School in Shelton that will feature the candidates running for all three Mason County Commissioner positions and both the 35th District State Representative positions. And KMAS Radio has a candidates’ forum on July 12th at the Pavilion at Sentry Park. Ballots for the Primary will be mailed on July 20th.
