Mason County Public Health reported 26 new cases of COVID-19 in the County on Wednesday, December 16, 2020. This increases Mason County’s rate of new cases per 100,000 in two weeks from 291 to 315. Mason County had 205 new cases in the last 14 days and a population of 64,980.
The December 16th, 2020 – 4:00 p.m. news release says: “Since the last release (12/15/20), Mason County Public Health was notified of Twenty-Six (26) additional Mason County residents that tested positive for COVID-19. This brings the total to One Thousand and Forty-Three (1,043) positive cases in Mason County.”
