Mason County Public Health reported 12 new cases of COVID-19 in the County on Monday, November 16, 2020. There are now 81 active cases in Mason County with one person hospitalized. Monday’s report also increases Mason County’s new case rate per 100,000 during the prior two weeks (based on population of 64,980 and 92 cases in the last 14 days) is now 142, up from 131 on Friday.
The November 16th, 2020 – 4:00 p.m. news release says: “Since the last release (11/13/20), Mason County Public Health was notified of Twelve (12) additional Mason County residents that tested positive for COVID-19. This brings the total to Six Hundred and Seventy-Seven (677) positive cases in Mason County.”
