In-person Learning for Some NMSD Students

Next week, November 12th, North Mason School District K-2 students currently registered in the hybrid model will begin returning to school two days a week. North Mason School District Superintendent Dana Rosenbach:

As a component of the hybrid model, they will continue to access remote learning the other three days. Students will be assigned to attend either Monday and Tuesday or Thursday and Friday.  Further details will be forthcoming from your school and the transportation department.

A complete description of this return to school plan is available on the District’s website: https://www.nmsd.wednet.edu/userfiles/290/my%20files/return%20to%20campus%20(1).pdf?id=10519.

Specialists will continue to provide all classes remotely, so students will be on campus for a modified day from 9:20 am to 2:50 pm with specialist classes available outside the in-person day.

Officials will continue to monitor the health and safety of students and staff, while looking ahead to the eventual inclusion of additional grade levels in the hybrid model. This is stage 3 of the planned instructional model for the current school year.
