The Shelton Police Department is excited to launch “Books & Badges”, a school supply drive, in partnership with Graduation Matters, to support students in our community.
Back to school season this year looks a little different than usual, but our students still need supplies. Needed supplies include paper, pens and pencils, folders, and wireless computer mice.
Beginning Monday, October 5, supply donations can be brought to Smoking Mo’s (located at 233 South 1st Street) or Our Community Credit Union (2948 Olympic Highway North or 526 West Cedar Street). Monetary donations can be brought to either the Shelton Police Department (525 West Cota Street) or Peninsula Credit Union (521 West Railroad Avenue).
Donations will be accepted from Monday, October 5 through Friday, November 20. All donated supplies will be distributed to local students in need.
