8.1 Approval of the resolution for the distribution of the Public Utility Districtc Excise Tax, per RCW 54.28.090. The Mason County Current Expense Fund will receive $734,058.30 and the City of Shelton will receive $91,298.15.
8.2 Approval of amendment # 5 to contract N21896- 17- 5 between Mason County Public Health and CHOICE Regional Health Network.
8.3 Approval to set a public hearing on July 28, 2020 at 6:15 p. m. to consider the rezone of several adjacent parcels from Multi- Family Residential ( R- 10) to Mixed Use ( MU) within the Belfair Urban Growth Area.

8.5 Approval to reclassify the Facilities Manager from salary range 29, Step 5 to Salary range 38, Step 0, effective July 1, 2020 and Juvenile Court Administrator from salary Range 37 to Range 40, Step 3 effective July 1, 2020.
8.6 Approval of the Resolution establishing the Mason County Pandemic Exposure Control, Mitigation and Recovery Policy and add it to Mason County Code Chapter 2.removed
8.7 Approval to authorize the Chair to execute the Local Agency Federal Aid Project Prospectuses approved Federal Highway Administration funding for County Road Project 2028, E. Agate Road resurfacing project.
8.8 Approval to authorize Public Works to select a consultant for preliminary engineering work for Log Yard Road extension and SR 3 Freight Corridor and approval to authorize the Deputy Director/County Engineer to sign the agreement and any supplemental documents. Public Works will announce the consultant selection during a regular Commission meeting.
8.9 Approval to appoint Mike Ringgenberg to a two-year term on the Transportation Improvement Program Citizens Advisory Panel ( TIP- CAP), representing transportation.
8.10 Approval to appoint the following to the Criminal Justice Treatment Account Panel: Peter Jones, member of the criminal defense bar and Dennis Neal, substance abuse treatment provider.
