In response to COVID-19, the disease caused by the novel coronavirus, Mason Health has launched telehealth visits in order to better serve our patients and minimize the risk of exposure out in the community. Starting March 31, primary care providers began offering phone consultations to patients, followed by behavioral health and specialty care providers.
Video conferencing capabilities on computers and mobile devices will launch April 13. Patients are encouraged to download the app Zoom to access telehealth video services. Contact your provider for phone consultations, which are now available at all Mason Health facilities, including Mason Clinic, MGH Hoodsport Family Clinic, MGH Olympic Physicians, MGH Mountain View Women’s Health and MGH Family Health, Ankle & Foot Services.
The Mason Health Telehealth Services website will have the most up-to-date information at www.masongeneral.com/services/telehealth. Follow our updates on social media as well.
