5 More Positive COVID-19 Tests in Mason County

Mason County Public Health was notified Wednesday, April 1, 2020 of five additional Mason County residents who tested positive for COVID-19. This brings the total to 11 positive cases of the coronavirus in the County.
Mason County Public Health is conducting contact interviews at this time. The patients are currently isolating at home. Case information is as follows:

• Female in 40’s
• Male in 40’s
• Male in 70’s
• Female in 70’s
• Female in 60’s

Due to Mason County being a small community, location data of positive cases will not be released to reduce the possibility of patient identification and to protect personal health information.

Mason County Public Health is asking that the public do their part to help reduce the spread of COVID-19 and continue to stay home and limit travel.
