Wednesday, the first confirmed case of Coronavirus (COVID-19) was reported in Thurston County. Still no cases in Mason County.
There are now 17 confirmed cases in Pierce County, two in Kitsap County, one in Jefferson and reportedly a case in Grays Harbor County although not on Wednesday’s update from the Washington State Department of Health.
The number of confirmed cases in Washington is now 366 with 29 deaths. As of 2 PM March 11, 2020, there have been over 3,400 tests for COVID-19 so far. The majority of positive test are in King County with 234. Snohomish County has 68 confirmed cases. And the DOH has 36 “Unassigned”.
