As early as 8 a.m. Monday, Feb. 24, crews will close the southbound US 101 exit to Shelton-Matlock Road and the Shelton-Matlock Road on-ramp to southbound US 101. Both the on-ramp and exit will remain closed around-the-clock to all travelers until 5 a.m. Monday, March 2.
Crews will post a signed detour.
The around-the-clock closures will allow crews to complete work needed to open two new southbound US 101 on- and off-ramps. The new ramps are a key part of the project torealign a portion of Coffee Creek.
In addition, travelers using both directions of US 101 approaching the interchange can expect daytime one-way alternating traffic Monday, Feb. 24, and Wednesday through Friday, Feb. 26-28.
The northbound ramps and the Shelton-Matlock Road will remain open. Local businesses are accessible.
