Dr. Amie Mower – MGH Olympic Physicians
Dr. Mower is a family medicine physician certified through the American Board of Family Medicine. Mower graduated from Kansas City University’s College of Osteopathic Medicine and spent the last seven years proudly serving the U.S. Army. She enjoys caring for individuals of all ages, but has a special interest in pediatrics, women’s health, behavioral health and caring for individuals and family members associated with uniformed services. Mower believes in patient-centered medical care and delivering high quality evidence-based medicine. She is a mother of five children and enjoys spending time with her family, as well as making time for yoga and hiking.
Dr. Phillip Matthew Woods (who goes by Matt) – MGH Family Health, Ankle and Foot Clinic
Dr. Woods specializes in reconstructive surgery of the foot and ankle, cartilage regeneration, and sports medicine. His special interests also include arthroscopy. Woods grew up in Miamisburg, Ohio, and completed his undergraduate studies at The Ohio State University. Following college, Dr. Woods graduated with honors from Barry University School of Podiatric Medicine, where he received his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine. He completed his surgical residency with the Presbyterian St. Luke’s podiatric residency program in Denver, Colorado.
Dr. Michelle Hamilton – MGH Shelton Family Medicine and Orthopedics
Dr. Hamilton spent a decade working in clinical research and quality improvement and received her training at Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kirksville, Missouri. She completed her family medicine residency at Banner University Medical Center in Phoenix, Arizona, where she received additional training in integrative and addiction medicine and later completed her geriatric medicine fellowship. She is passionate about working with families to combine the individual’s personal health philosophy with evidence-informed medicine. Dr. Hamilton’s special interests also include preventive care, long-term care, quality improvement, practice-based research, health information technology and mobile and remote medicine. She is certified with the American Board of Family Medicine and plans to sit for her Geriatric Medicine Certification Exam in November.
Dr. Iris Malit – Oakland Bay Pediatrics
Dr. Malit is a board-certified pediatrician and a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She earned her medical degree from Far Eastern University-Nicanor Reyes Medical Foundation in Manila, Philippines, in 2009. Malit then completed her pediatric residency at Mount Sinai Hospital, Chicago, Ill., in 2016. She has been in primary care since 2016, seeing children from birth to 18. Her special interests include early literacy promotion and engaging families in promoting a healthy and active lifestyle.
Dr. Alexandra Danae Rhodes – Oakland Bay Pediatrics
Dr. Rhodes obtained her medical degree from Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine in 2016 and completed her residency in general pediatrics at Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital at Stanford University School of Medicine in 2019. Her special interests include neonatal medicine and complex chronic medical care.
