The Pioneer School District is holding Community Forums on its Capital Levy this month.
On November 5th, the Pioneer School District is asking voters to approve a three-year Capital Levy to finance the District’s share of costs to expand and renovate Shelton High School in the Shelton School District, a designated high school district serving Pioneer students. If approved, property owners in the Pioneer School District would pay an additional 81 cents per thousand of assessed value in property taxes.

During each forume, Pioneer’s Superintendent, John Gummel, will present facts and information about the upcoming capital levy and spend time answering questions.
Ballots for the General Election will be mailed to voters on October 18th.
