City Takes Steps on Library Hill Trail

[VIDEO] The City of Shelton has taken some steps to help mitigate issues in the area known as the Library Hill Trail. Two weeks ago, a group of property owners who live in that area asked the Shelton City Council for help with a homeless encampment and resulting increase in crime in the area. The neighbors have been dealing with vandalism, car prowls, verbal abuse, public nudity, break-ins and stalking. The City’s Manager, Jeff Niten, updated the City Council Tuesday night.
