The North Mason School Board approved several contracts at a special meeting Monday including one for the Superintendent Dana Rosenbach.
The other contracts were Collective Bargaining Agreements for the Association of North Mason School Administrators and the Public School Employees.
The Superintendent’s contract is for three years effective July 1, 2019 and has an annual salary of $167,660 with annual salary increases tied to “IPD, CPI or other state funded salary increase to certificated teaching and administrative personnel salary funding.” However, the contract also states: “In the event the work year or compensation for the Association of North Mason School Administrators is reduced due to revenue shortages, the Superintendent’s work year and compensation shall be equally reduced.”
For the 2020-2021 and 2021-2022 school years, the Association of North Mason School Administrators and the Public School Employees are getting a five percent (5%) salary increase each year.
The North Mason School Board will hold a special meeting to consider grandstand bids at 5:30 PM Monday June 24th in the NMSD Administration Office Boardroom. The next regular school board meeting will be held at 6:30 PM on July 18, 2019. MasonWebTV Powered by HCC will be on hand for both those meetings.
