The Shelton fast pitch softball team won its fifth game in a row Monday, blanking Capital 15 to 0. The Lady Highclimbers have won their last four games in the South Sound Conference and are now tied with Timberline for fourth place. The top five teams make the West Central / Southwest District Tournament. Shelton wraps up the regular season Wednesday at Central Kitsap. District tournament starts May 14th.
The North Mason track and field teams had several athletes place at the Olympic League Junior Varsity Championships Monday.

Taylor Dickinson won the girls’ discus.
Reid Williams took the boys’ 100 meters, was 2nd in the 200 meters, and placed 3rd in the long jump
Caila Galbraith placed 2nd in the girls’ javelin and 5th in the shot pout.
Andrew Harker placed 2nd in the boys’ pole vault and was 7th in the 100 meters.
Darby Ingram was 3rd in the girls’ javelin.
Trenton Bergdahl took 3rd in the boys’ high jump and was 4th in the 1600.
Rounahk Ramlagansig placed 4th in the boys’ long jump
Grace Borah finished 5th in the girls’ 200 meters and was 8th in the 100 meters.
Madison Kelly was 8th in the girls’ javelin.
Nathaniel Hunt took 8th in the boys’ long jump.
The varsity Olympic League Championships begin Thursday.
