The Shelton City Council will discuss the Tiny Homes Veterans Village project Tuesday night. The 6 PM study session is being held in one of the conference rooms at the Shelton Civic Center.
During the meeting, the City Council and City staff will address questions and concerns regarding the proposal to build a village of 30 tiny housing units (approximately 168 square feet) with a common community center with cooking and laundry facilities on City-own property on North 13th Street. The Council is also expected to talk about the possible impacts the proposed “Shelton Veteran’s Village” could create and the proposed lease for the property. The study session is open to the public.
