Mason County Commissioner Kevin Shutty is holding mobile office hours in his district to provide an opportunity for constituents to discuss their priorities closer to home. Mobile office hours will be in Hoodsport on August 9, 2018 at the Timberland Library.
“Earlier this year, I launched mobile office hours to give residents in District 2 an opportunity to meet with me where they live and work because I know it’s not always convenient to drive to the County building to attend meetings. The response has been tremendous and it’s clear folks want to be heard in local government,” Shutty said. “With important decisions on the horizon, including the 2019 budget, building a new jail, and creating a strong economy, I am eager to hear directly from the people I serve.”
Those wishing to meet with Commissioner Shutty do not need an appointment. Additional mobile office hours will be announced in the coming weeks.
