Chamber Offering Trip to Dubai

The Shelton-Mason County Chamber of Commerce is offering a small group travel trip. In January 2019, the destination is Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

Travelers will depart from SeaTac on January 31, 2019 for the nine day trip. The trip begins with five full days in Dubai, where travelers will partake in a dune safari dinner, enjoying the sights of the Dubai Marina and city skyline. There is also an optional tour of the observation deck of the world’s tallest structure, the Burj Khalifa, along with a modern city tour. The next stop will be an east coast tour of the United Arab Emirates towards the
capital city of Abu Dhabi, from fishing villages to canyons and beaches. In Abu Dhabi, travelers will tour the city and its many historical mosques, markets, and sights.

“It’s not just a destination, it’s a new way of seeing things,” says to Chamber executive director Heidi McCutcheon. “Touring the world allows us to better understand one another. Traveling with a group gives some extra securities; it also creates bonds for people in our community. We want our neighbors to experience this history and culture together.”

The cost begins at just $2,599 per person and includes seven nights of superior accommodations, daily buffet breakfasts, a safari dinner, entrance fees, local guides, transport, and flights.
