[VIDEO] The City of Shelton’s construction projects are on schedule with the Downtown Connector ahead of schedule. Public Works Director Craig Gregory updated the Shelton City Council Tuesday night. According to Gregory, Waunch Construction, the contractor for project to improve Alder Street/Olympic Highway North from 1st to C streets, hopes to get the project done by the end of October.
As for the other big traffic issue, Northcliff Road will remain closed for at least two more weeks.
However, the paving of Turner Avenue is scheduled to be completed by Thursday.
And the work on Cascade Natural Gas lines should be done next week.
Gregory also updated the Council on the final report of the C Street Landfill and other aspects of Sewer Basin 3.
