The 7th Annual Love INC Soup & Song held in February proved to be an event to not miss. “It was a fun, lively event that brought our local church community together,” said Linda Myers, executive director of Love INC (Love In the Name of Christ). The main feature of the night – after serving ten different types of soups donated by local churches and restaurants – from clam chowder to chili – was the auction of more than 40 different types of desserts and a dinner for six. More than $7,000 were raised to support Love INC.
