Shelton Kiwanis Offers “Sweet” Support for Youth Programs

Each year the Shelton Kiwanis Club sells grapefruit to support its local programs.  Presales are open now and each twenty-pound box is just $22. The sweet, juicy grapefruit come to the Northwest direct from Texas – picked the same day they are ordered.

To place an order, contact any Kiwanian, email sheltonkiwanis@gmail.com, or call Dawn Pannell at (360) 426-0512. Orders will be taken until February 2, 2018. Payment is due upon pick-up, the week of February 12, 2018.

Grapefruit is good and good for you! As part of this year’s sales, the club is encouraging club members and friends to share their best grapefruit recipes. You can send your recipe to sheltonkiwanis@gmail.com or PO Box 477, in Shelton; or you can share your recipe on the club’s Facebook page: facebook.com/sheltonkiwanisclub.
