Clint previously lived in Shelton for 35 years, and has spent 28 years with the city’s engineering department. He is an expert in civil engineering, construction inspection, drafting, and cartography. Clint has been the lead inspector on numerous projects, including roadway improvements, sanitary sewer rehab, and wastewater treatment plant upgrades.
Most recently, Clint has been leading the design of the Basin 3 Sewer Project. His in-house design work has been instrumental in saving the city hundreds of thousands of dollars on the project. He is also a primary contributor to the recent permit application updates within the Public Works and Community Development departments, which has directly resulted in a more streamlined permitting process for the public.
