7. Approval of Minutes – September 11, 2017 Briefing Minutes

8. Approval of Action Agenda: All items listed under the “Action Agenda” may be enacted
by one motion unless a Commissioner or citizen requests an item be removed from the
Action Agenda and considered as a separate item.

8.1 Approval to set a Public Hearing for Tuesday, October 24, 2017 at 6:30 p.m. to receive public comment on the Private Line Occupancy Permit for a new utilities crossing under North Shore Road for 5181 NE North Shore Rd., parcel number 22210-52-01905.

8.2 Approval of the revised Small Works, Consulting and Vendor Roster Resolution that replaces Resolution No. 62-14 and amends Chapter 3.48 of the Mason County Code.

8.3 Approval of the Interlocal Agreement with Fire District 18 authorizing services provided by the Public Works Department for vehicle, road or site maintenance, engineering, survey, GIS, emergency assistance, sign fabrication, fueling and materials supply.

8.4 Approval to authorize the Deputy Director/Utilities & Waste Manager to sign Amendment No. 1 for crane walkway and stairs repair design by HDR Engineering, Inc. as part of the Eells Hill Transfer Station Design Improvements project.

8.5 Approval of Amendment #1 of the 2017 “Memorandum of Agreement” Appendix A between Washington State University Extension and Mason County.
