a.m. to consider the change of control transaction for the required notice for
the Wave Holdco franchise agreement.

8.3 Approval to set a public hearing on September 5, 2017 at 9:30 a.m. to take
public comment on the Comprehensive Solid Waste Management Plan.

8.4 Approval of the Interlocal Agreement with Washington State Patrol
authorizing services provided by the Public Works Department for vehicle,
road or site maintenance, engineering, survey, GIS, emergency assistance,
sign fabrication, fueling and materials supply.

8.5 Approval to reappoint Vicki Wilson to the Planning Advisory Commission for a
four year term ending July 31, 2021.

8.6 Approval of the Juvenile Offender Defense Contract with Tirsa Butler.
