The Shelton Mason County Chamber of Commerce is holding its Community & Business Expo and Bite of Mason County Thursday. For the second year, the event is in downtown Shelton with 90 booths lining Railroad Avenue, 2nd, 3rd & 4th streets, and Cota Street. There is no charge to attend and the public is invited to check out local services, retailers and restaurants anytime between 11 AM and 6 PM.
There will be dozens of vendors on site to entertain and interact as they host games, give-aways, drawings and raffles. Of course, restaurants will offer bites of food for a great value. You can also vote for Best Booth and the Golden Fork award for best bite.
Railroad Avenue and Cota Street will remain open to traffic during the Expo but motorists will see more pedestrians between 2nd and 4th. The side streets (2nd, 3rd & 4th) will be closed to traffic.
For more than fifteen years, the Chamber has organized the Expo to connect the community to businesses.
