Shelton Relay For Life Held Saturday

The Shelton Relay For Life was held Saturday at Kneeland Park. This year’s theme: “Game On Cancer”.

Cutting the ribbon and opening this year’s Relay was cancer survivor Arthur Garcia Allen:

Prior to the ribbon cutting, Taylor Swartz sang the National Anthem as the Shelton High School NJROTC presented the colors.

Among the 20 teams at this year’s relay were three from Shelton High School: the NJROTC, the Shelton SADD (Students Against Destructive Decision) Club, and the Shelton Cheer Squad.

Many teams dressed up for the Relay For Life.
