Under the new contract, Rosenbach’s salary for the 2017-2018 school year is $140,000.00. The contract includes annual salary adjustments by “mutual agreement of the Board and Superintendent, subject to Board Approval” and automatic cost of living increases “provided by the legislature or other state agencies for certificated teaching and administrative personnel in addition to the salary schedule.”
Each contract year includes 260 work days minus paid holidays and 30 paid vacation days. There are also 12 paid sick days and the usual medical and other benefits.
The contract stipulates the Superintendent “reside within the District boundaries” and encourages her to participate in professional and civic organizations.
Rosenbach’s performance will be evaluated twice a year (by January 30th and by June 30th) with a formal evaluation no later than June 30th.

Rosenbach has been Superintendent of the North Mason School District since July 2014. Her new contract was unanimously approved as part of the School Board’s consent agenda.
