Second Day of Candidate Filing

During the second day of candidate filing (Tuesday, May 16, 2017), 12 additional people filed for this fall’s election bringing the two-day total to 39 candidates who have filed for 34 offices.

Tuesday’s filings include incumbent Tracy Moore joining Kevin Dorcy, Erick Onisko and Jacob Dreifus in the race for City of Shelton Commissioner of Streets and Public Improvement.

Ted Jackson and Houston M. Hamilton filed for Port of Allyn Commissioner District No. 2, the seat currently held by Jean Farmer.

Glenn Carlson filed to retain his seat as Port of Grapeview Commissioner District No. 2.

Incumbent Thomas Anderson filed for Grapeview School Board Director Position No. 1.
Incumbent Timothy Gero filed for Grapeview School Board Director Position NO. 5.

Incumbent Shawn Donnelly filed for Mary M. Knight School Board Director District No. 2.

And Teddie L. Hamby filed for Hood Canal School Board Position No. 4, the seat currently held by Roslynne Reed.
