Shelton Farmers’ Market Opens 20th Season

The Shelton Farmers’ Market opened its 20th season Saturday with a ribbon cutting and carrot toss. Shelton Mayor Gary Cronce helped cut the ribbon and tossed the carrot.

The Shelton Farmers’ Market is open every Saturday 9 AM to 2 PM from May through September. The market is located on 3rd Street between Franklin and Cedar streets in downtown Shelton.

The Shelton Farmers’ Market offers a forum for small local growers and others to make their fresh produce and handicrafts available to residents while supporting farming efforts in Mason County and adjoining counties.
