Achievement Data Shows Pioneer Students Doing Well

The Washington State Board of Education has released the Achievement Index for 2016 and students in the Pioneer School District are doing well. According to a district news release, Pioneer students are rated 2nd and 4th respectively among the schools in Mason County.

Designations and awards use the Washington State Board of Education Revised Achievement Index and are based on statewide assessment data for the three previous years. The Achievement Index measures school performance, emphasizing improvement and recognition.
