Port of Grapeview Holding Hearing Thursday

The Port of Grapeview is holding a special meeting at 7 PM Thursday, April 20, 2017. The purpose of the meeting is to hold a public hearing on the issuance by the Port of its Limited Tax General Obligation Note, 2017 (AMT) in the principal amount of not to exceed $250,000.

The proceeds of the Note will be to provide construction financing in conjunction with the Recreation Conservation Office (RCO) grant that will provide final project funding of a portion of the following improvements to the Port’s public boat launch facilities: renovation of the existing boat ramp and acquisition, construction and installation of an adjacent float and pedestrian ramp and ADA compliant restroom, located in the Port parking lot, which is to the south of Griswold Ave and west of the Grapeview Loop Road, in Grapeview, WA, which is owned and operated by the Port.

The public hearing is being held at the Grapeview Fire Hall, located at 4350 Grapeview Loop Road, Grapeview, WA.
