7. Approval of Minutes – February 6, 2017 Briefing Minutes; February 14, 2017 Regular Meeting Minutes.

8. Approval of Action Agenda: All items listed under the “Action Agenda” may be enacted by one motion unless a Commissioner or citizen requests an item be removed from the Action Agenda and considered as a separate item.

8.1 Approval of the Professional Services Contract with Bridgeview Consulting, LLC to complete portions of the County’s Hazard Mitigation plan Update. Approval will authorize Ross McDowell to sign the contract on behalf of the County.

8.2 Approval to post a Request for Proposals (RFP) and public notice for concession stand vendors at Mason County Recreation Area, (MCRA) and Sandhill parks. Proposals are due Monday, March 6th.

8.4 Approval of Veterans Assistance Fund application(s) for: Necessity Items $650.00; Utilities $1,019.96 and Housing $2,100.00 for a total of $3,769.96.

8.5 Approval of the letter of support to the United States Department of Agriculture, Rural Utilities Service, for the Hood Canal Communications application for funding from the Rural Utility Service Community Oriented Connectivity Broadband grant program. The funding will be used to expand broadband services in the Lake Cushman area.

8.6 Approval to have the Chair sign the contract with AssetWorks to begin asset inventory for Governmental Fund Real Property.

8.7 Approval to sign the Interlocal Agreement for Use of Jail Facilities with the City of Shelton through December 31, 2018.
