8. Approval of Action Agenda: All items listed under the “Action Agenda” may be enacted by one motion unless a Commissioner or citizen requests an item be removed from the Action Agenda and considered as a separate item.

8.4 Approval of Veterans Assistance Fund applications for: Necessity Items $300.80; Utilities $2,195.66; and Housing $1,000.00 for a total of 3,496.46.

8.5 Approval of Agreement #1563-42486, Amendment-2, with the Department of Social and Health Services. This agreement will increase funding from $192,125 to $218,113 as part of a 2-year contract that helps fund the Mason County Community Prevention and Wellness Initiative (CPWI).

8.6 Approval of the collective bargaining agreement with the Mason County Prosecuting Attorneys and Woodworkers Local Lodge W38, I.A.M. for January 1, 2017 through December 31, 2019.

8.7 Approval of the letter of support to the Port of Grapeview for the Port’s Boating Facilities Program grant application.

8.8 Approval of the contract with Consolidated Food management, LLC (CFM) to provide food management services for the Jail and Juvenile Detention Center. This contract will eliminate two cook positions which will help implement the alternative sentencing program and cover the costs of increased health.
