Two Christmas Babies Born at MGH

This Christmas Day, Mason General Hospital & Family of Clinics welcomed two Christmas babies within hours of one another at The Birth Center.

Tiara Marie Maiava-Lopez , with mother Karina Loza-Gonzalez, was born at 6:49 a.m. Sunday, December 25, 2016. She weighed 5 lbs. and was 18 inches long.

The same day at 8:34 a.m. Santiago Dan-Trejo was born to Margaret Dan. He weighed 6 lbs. 15 oz. and was 20 inches long.

Both babies received Christmas quilts (shown in photos) that were hand-made by the Christmastown Quilters, a local volunteer organization that makes quilts and blankets to give to all babies born in The Birth Center at MGH.
