See what happens when you untangle your busy brain and relax your tired body.
North Mason Timberland Library, August 9 from noon to 2 p.m.
Please note: Space is limited. Register at the library or call 360–275-3232
This is not an art class. No talent or experience is required. Once you get your pencil moving, you might create something wonderful, but the only expectation is fun and relaxation.
A zentangle is a drawing composed of structured, repeated shapes. The technique blends the relaxation of doodling with the mindfulness of meditation.
The library will provide all materials; instructor Candyce Anderson will teach, guide and encourage. There is nothing to lose except stress, tension and fatigue.
This event is sponsored by the Friends of the North Mason Timberland Library. It is part of the Adult Summer Reading Program: “Exercise Your Mind — Read!”
All Timberland Regional Library programs are free and open to the public. The North Mason Timberland Library is located at 23081 NE State Rt. 3. For more information, call the library at 360-275-3232 or visit www.TRL.org.
