“Everyone Goes Home a Winner” is this year’s theme for the 6th Annual Love INC Golf Tournament presented by title sponsors Hood Canal Fine Homes (formerly Alderbrook Properties) and Drew MacEwen, Falcon Financial Investment, Inc.. The tournament is set for Monday, July 18, 2016 at the award-winning Alderbrook Golf and Yacht Club in Union, Washington. Last year’s tournament helped to transform the lives of more than 1,159 families through 5,813 volunteer hours.
“We want this to be a fun event that brings people out for the cause of transforming the lives of those less fortunate in our area,” said Bill Kendrick, golf chair, and former Superintendent of Seattle Schools. “Because of this we have added more hole-in-one prizes and every player will go home with a coupon for two free clubs provided by Warrior Custom Golf.” Each player will get a coupon for two free clubs (shipping and handling is extra) – a wedge and hybrid. Golfers of all levels are encouraged to play as it is a Best Ball event. For the second year in a row there will be a Ladies division in addition to the Men’s and Mixed Doubles divisions.
Starting times for this year’s shotgun event will be at 10 a.m., with registration at 8:30 a.m. The cost is $100 and includes green fees, tee pack of prizes, continental breakfast and a BBQ/Awards dinner. Carts are extra BUT NOT REQUIRED. To register for the tournament, email Alderbrook Golf at GM@AlderbrookGolf.com or go on line at www.LoveIncOfMasonCounty.org to print out the registration form to be mailed in. Extra BBQ tickets are $30 each and must be purchased in advance.
