7. Approval of Minutes – January 26 and February 2, 2016 regular meeting minutes.

8. Approval of Action Agenda: All items listed under the “Action Agenda” may be enacted by one motion unless a Commissioner or citizen requests an item be removed from the Action Agenda and considered as a separate item.

8.1 Approval of two resolutions to: 1) form a Shellfish Protection District in McLane Cove of Pickering Passage and 2) create a Shellfish Protection District in Hood Canal #6/Big Bend.

8.2 Approval of the Veterans Assistance Fund applications for: Necessity Items $300.00 and Utilities $393.39 for a total of $693.39 as recommended by the Veterans Service Office.

8.3 Approval for the Board to authorize Public Works to select and enter into an agreement for appraisal services as needed for the 2016 calendar year from the County Municipal Research and Services Center (MRSC) Consultant Roster or the 2016 letters of interest solicitation.

8.4 Approval for the Board to authorize the Chair to execute the Road Levy Certification for 2016 as per the request of the County Road Administration Board (CRAB).

8.6 Approval of the contract between Mason County Parks and Trails and Angie and Mark Stubblefield for on-site park attendant services at Walker Park located at 2400 SE Walker Park Road, Shelton, WA. This is a two year contract from January 1, 2016 to December 31, 2018.

8.7  Approval to enter into copier lease with Ricoh for Support Services for two Ricoh MPC 6003 copiers at $475.84 per month and one MP 2554SP at $84.00 per month.  This is budgeted in Support Services budget.

9. 9:30 a.m. Public Hearings and Items Set for a Certain Time

9.1 Public Hearing to consider an ordinance to increase the speed limit on Highland Road to 45mph from milepost 3.595 to milepost 7.921. Staff: Loretta Swanson

9.2 Public Hearing to consider an ordinance to approve a speed limit change on North Bay Road, extending the 35 mph speed limit out to milepost 0.35.
