CORRECTED: Post Office to Change Mail Delivery for Some in Shelton

The Post Office is planning on changing how it delivers mail to some in Shelton. According to Steve Goins, Director of the City’s Department of Community and Economic Development, the change would affect about 900 addresses in the South Hill/Angleside area off Olympic Highway South, Fairmount Avenue and Lake Boulevard.

Although supportive of the idea, Mayor Gary Cronce would like to hear from those who will be impacted and suggested the Postal Service conduct a survey of those residents:

Timeline as to when this change will be made is not known at this time and some of the addresses are outside the Shelton City Limits.
